Are You a Starfish (Part 2 – of a Former Sufferer’s Journey)

Are You one of the 50 Percent of Celiacs still Struggling on a Gluten Free Diet (Part 2 A Former Sufferer’s Journey back to peace with food (gluten)

If you are a Celiac, NCGS or IBS or Heartburn patient you are in a food fight and you are not winning then the book “How to Fight Gluten and Win Or How the Doctor’s Almost Killed Me” may be for you. Search for the “Celiac Posterboy” or “Celiac Poster Boy” Bing seems to work better than Google if you want to read all my posts.

This blog is about education. If you are a fellow sufferer (starfish) then I might can help you if you will consider what I say  (2 Timothy 2:7).   Since I started this blog I have added twice the material online that I put in my original self-published (tome) book. I probably should just reprint the book with this added information but I don’t’ think Amazon would now let me – since they would consider this copyright infringement because I published it online before listing it to be published with them.

Nonetheless having no big organization behind me the way I see it “I am just a boy walking down the beach throwing the starfish back in the ocean helping those who will listen.

The Starfish Story Original Story by: Loren Eisley

“One day a man was walking along the beach when he noticed a boy picking something up and gently throwing it into the ocean (world wide web) . . .

Son, the man said, don’t you realize there are miles and miles of beach and hundreds of starfish?

You can’t make a difference!

After listening politely, the boy bent down, picked up another starfish, and threw it back into the surf. Then, smiling at the man, he said I made a difference for that one.” .  .  .

Want you listen? A vitamin can help us when we are STRESSED out. See the The Niacin (Niacinamide) Challenge.

Back to my personal journey to peace with gluten and I hope yours in 4 to 6 months.

If are one like me who was not as free of gluten as I thought I was when I had the courage to dine out then consider that

“Evidence from this … study shows that people with Celiac Disease can safely consume baked goods made from fully hydrolyzed wheat flour, manufactured with sourdough lactobacilli and fungal proteases. This flour show(ed) no toxicicity to patients with celiac disease.”

As also reported by thesavyceliac website

So this IS known by the Celiac community. It is not well-understood that when the gluten protein is consumed “If you consume protein that is not hydrolyzed, like isolates, concentrates, blends, caseins, soy and caseinates, it must be hydrolyzed in your GI tract (stomach and small intestine).” From

And undigested Gluten … as I say in my book “How to Fight Gluten and Win” and have said in this blog undigested anything (lactose anyone) then damage occurs.

So what is this hyrolization you speak of? And how do I “get some of this” you ask? Simply defined it is the process of digestion but more specifically “It is the process of enzymatic breakdown of protein, normally conducted in the GI tract (stomach and small intestine).” According to has a good discussion of this topic at the following link h where they say quoting Wikipedia

“Hydrolyzed protein is protein that has been hydrolyzed or broken down into its component amino acids. While there are many means of achieving this … the most common is prolonged boiling in a strong acid . .. to stimulate the naturally occurring hydrolytic process” (i,e. digestion).

Let us explore a couple a couple words from these citations about what is happening when we Celiacs eat gluten. Normal and Natural – a Normal digestive process Naturally digests gluten for us.

How do we get there? Or is this even possible for people with GI problems? You ask … that is why I wrote my ebook  “How to Fight Gluten and Win or How the Doctor’s Almost Killed Me” available as an ebook on Amazon key word “Fight Gluten Win” and write this blog throwing back starfish.

STRESS has maimed you (interfered with the normal and natural process of digestion (hydrolization) of gluten in to harmless amino acids and peptides. See my blog entry

Can I find a “new” normal? I think you can if I am right and Epigenetics (Stress) is/has depleted you of your natural way to digest gluten.

How do I achieve this normal? Or can this “new” natural, healthy normal state of digestion occur again for someone like me who has been maimed by stress.

As I say in blog post

Find out how you can reset your stress clock. The Celiac Posterboy has learned how to manage the stress from wheat gluten/lactose.

The Celiac Posterboy is now stress free from gluten. He no longer has digestive upset he no longer suffers the NCGS/GERD/IBSsymptoms he had for over 30 years.

If only more people knew the Celiac Posterboy’s discovery of how to reset one’s stress clock in the body. Digestive stress would be a thing of the past. Medical science has long sought this corner stone nutrient that could help NCGS/GERD/IBS sufferers.”

And yes Celiac Disease too if a right and the Doctors Have Confused Pellagra  with-Celiac-Disease-in-the-21st-century-presentingrevealing-as-Celiac-Disease-and/or GERD/Heartburn

How do we know this for sure? We can’t for sure unless we are willing to take the missing nutrient according to Prousky “a vitamin B3 deficiency occurs when the intake of the vitamin is  below a known minimal amount that guards against Pellagra.  A vitamin B3 dependency occurs when there is an increased metabolic need for the vitamin requiring treatment with megadose amounts.

A deficiency is why we enrich/fortify are bread with Niacin our milk with Vitamin D and our salt with Iodine.  A dependency is when are bodies don’t function properly due to high stress levels requiring high or increased metabolic need as quoted by Prousky above.”

See my “About a Fellow Suffer” page at

The Celiac Posterboy has found the secret to digestive health through deep research and the grace of God. He like yourself has suffered many year(s) (often at the hand of doctors) who should know better (some do) but have not put the pieces of this complex puzzle together.

Classical genetics as we know it is flawed. We can take back our health by reestablishing our cornerstones.

This book/blog highlight the role of the one vitamin that is essential for the good digestive health of not just Celiacs/GERDpatients everywhere but many other digestive sufferers the world over.”

And IF you have a GI problem this book/blog “How to Fight Gluten/Gerd and Win” is for you.”

This blog is for the starfish from a former sufferer who by the grace of God found help. 2 Cor 1:3,4 3) Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of Mercies, and the God of all comfort; 4) who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we are ourselves are comforted of God.

I ask again are you a starfish who needs help finding your natural, normal, healthy digestive process then take the

THEN tell others is all I ask – however that is (facebook, twitter, comment on my blog, email a friend this link or link this blog to yours, or review my book on Amazon when you are BURPING for the first time in years or (EVER) – tell a friend about this blog or my book is all I ask but don’t let the chain break with you. There a lot of starfish (sufferers’) who need help.

60 million sufferers in America have heartburn once a month and this could help 95% of those who we threw back for To-Educate-is-to-Free/.
